Burnout in tech doesnât always come crashing in

Sometimes, it turns up quietly.
Youâre shipping features, replying to Slack, pushing fixes. Yet something feels off. You open your laptop and feel⊠flat. Not overwhelmed. Not even stressed. Just numb.
You stop celebrating small wins. You forget what youâre working towards. You take breaks, but never feel rested. You keep going, but you donât feel alive.
This kind of burnout is harder to name, because youâre still getting things done.
But youâre fading.
If youâre reading this, youâre not alone. Pause. Breathe. Step outside. Talk to someone who doesnât care about deadlines.
Iâm here if you need me.
You donât have to quit your job. But you might need to come back to yourself.
