Burnout in Tech Doesnât Always Come Crashing In

Sometimes, it sneaks up on you.
Youâre cranking out features, replying to Slack, fixing bugs. But something feels a bit off. You crack open your laptop and feel⊠flat. Not overwhelmed. Not even stressed. Just a bit numb.
You stop celebrating the little wins. You forget what youâre aiming for. You take breaks, but never really feel refreshed. Youâre getting by, but not really living.
This kind of burnout is tricky to pin down, because youâre still ticking boxes.
But youâre fading.
If youâre reading this, youâre not on your own. Pause. Take a breath. Step outside. Chat with someone who doesnât give a toss about deadlines.
Iâm here if you need a chat.
